In this hands-on class participants will learn the fundamentals and science of baking. The emphasis will be on technique, preparation, and of course creating delicious desserts! Students will explore how different ingredients interact with each other and how various techniques affect the final product. All desserts will be made from scratch using high quality and wholesome ingredients.
