Owner and founder Chef Wendy has taught healthy cooking, nutrition and life skills to children and youth for over 15 years. She has developed and taught various county wide, health initiative programs in the state of Maryland and Virginia. As a former Family and Consumers Sciences teacher she witnessed the impact healthy habits had on young lives. In starting Kidz R Cookin' over 10 years ago she has focused her passion on showing her participants how delicious healthy can be! She is determined to shine the beacon of health for children & families here and around the world!
